UI is not there when i downloaded scriptDB

I downloaded scriptdb from net. when i opened the soln , it had only the classes . When I ran the appln, just opened the command prompt and closed it.
And in the soln i was not able to see the UI.
How to use it?
Pl. explain or do I need to download something else also to make this work?
